General Terms and Conditions

These terms govern ordering, payment, complaints, and digital document delivery for the Lifetime virtual residence service.

Effective date: 2026-02-12

The order is concluded electronically through the checkout form. By submitting the order, the Client confirms acceptance of these terms, the final price, and the privacy processing rules.

1. Definitions and contracting parties

The service provider is Reportify s.r.o., Company ID 23832011, with its registered office at Spojovací 2148/34, 130 00 Prague - Žižkov, Czech Republic.

The Client is any person or entity placing an order through the online checkout form.

These terms apply to services provided on virtualresidence.cz and sidlonaklik.cz.

2. Scope of service

  • The Provider delivers a registered-office consent service for the selected address.
  • The service includes automated generation and delivery of digitally signed PDF documentation.
  • The offer may include optional add-ons shown during checkout.
  • The service does not include legal, tax, or accounting advice.

3. Order and contract formation

  • The Client completes the checkout form, selects an address, and chooses optional add-ons if available.
  • The contract is concluded once payment is successfully confirmed via GoPay.
  • The Provider may verify obviously incomplete or incorrect order data before accepting performance.
  • The entire process is completed online without in-person attendance.

4. Price, currency, and payment terms

  • The final price is shown before order submission, including all selected items.
  • Currency is CZK.
  • Payment is processed online by card through GoPay.
  • Supported card brands are Visa and Mastercard; transactions are protected with 3D Secure.
  • Email delivery of digital documentation is not charged as a separate delivery fee.

5. Digital document delivery

  • After payment confirmation, the system automatically generates and digitally signs the documents.
  • Documentation is delivered to the email address provided by the Client.
  • Documentation is also available on the payment success page.
  • Delivery is electronic only.

6. Client rights and obligations

  • The Client must provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date data.
  • The Client is fully responsible for factual correctness of input data.
  • The Client may not present the service outputs as individual legal advice.
  • The Client shall report discovered data errors without undue delay.

7. Provider rights and obligations

  • The Provider is entitled to full payment once the transaction is completed.
  • The Provider shall keep confidential non-public information obtained during service delivery.
  • The Provider may temporarily limit service availability for maintenance or security reasons.
  • The Provider is not liable for outages of third-party services outside its control.

8. Withdrawal from contract

  • Consumers may withdraw within 14 days unless the digital service has already been fully provided.
  • If the Client explicitly requests immediate start of digital performance before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal may expire.
  • Withdrawal requests may be sent to the contact email listed on the website.

9. Complaints policy and warranty

  • Complaints may be submitted by email or in writing to the Provider contact address.
  • A complaint should include order identification, description of defect, and Client contact details.
  • The Provider confirms receipt without undue delay.
  • The Provider resolves complaints within 30 days unless law requires otherwise.
  • Accepted complaints are handled primarily by fixing the defect or by replacement performance; where not possible, by a proportional discount or refund.

10. Liability limitations

  • The Provider is liable for functional delivery of the digital service within the scope of these terms.
  • The Provider is not liable for damage caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading Client input data.
  • The Provider is not liable for damages caused by use of outputs outside their intended purpose.
  • Service outputs are documentation related to virtual residence and do not replace individualized legal advice.

11. Export restrictions

The service is primarily designed for legal use in the Czech Republic.

If the Client uses the service outside the Czech Republic, local legal requirements must be verified by the Client.

12. Personal data and confidentiality

Personal data processing is governed by the GDPR policy published on this website.

Both parties shall keep confidential non-public information obtained during contract performance.

13. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumer disputes may be resolved out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.adr.coi.cz).

Legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

14. Final provisions

  • The Provider may reasonably update these terms; the latest wording becomes effective upon publication on the website.
  • Each order is governed by the wording effective on the date the contract is concluded.
  • These terms are published electronically and remain permanently available to Clients.
