General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of service

• The Provider delivers a registered-office consent service for the selected address.
• The service includes preparation and delivery of a digitally signed PDF agreement.
• The offer may include optional add-ons shown in checkout.

2. Order and contract formation

The Client enters company details, selects a location, and submits the order.

The contractual relationship is formed when payment is confirmed through GoPay.

3. Price and payment terms

• The final price is shown before order submission, including selected add-ons.
• Payment is processed by card through GoPay.
• After successful payment confirmation, the order is marked as paid.

4. Document delivery

After payment confirmation, the system automatically generates and digitally signs the PDF document.

The document is delivered to the email address specified in the order and is also accessible on the payment result page.

5. Liability and complaints

The Client is responsible for the correctness of submitted company data.

Complaints can be submitted to the Provider's contact email.

6. Final provisions

The Provider may reasonably update these terms. The latest version is always published on this page.

The legal relationship is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

7. Withdrawal from contract

• Consumers may withdraw within 14 days unless the service has already been fully provided.
• If the Client explicitly requests immediate start of digital fulfillment, the right of withdrawal may expire.
• Withdrawal conditions and form are included in these terms.

8. Complaints policy and warranty

• Complaints can be submitted by email or in writing to the Provider address listed in the Service provider section.
• The Provider confirms complaint receipt without undue delay and resolves it within 30 days unless law requires otherwise.
• Warranty covers correctness of issued documentation according to the data provided by the Client.

9. Export restrictions

The service is intended for legal use within the Czech Republic.

If the Client uses the service outside the Czech Republic, local legal requirements must be verified by the Client.

10. Payment methods and security

• The portal accepts online card payments via Visa and Mastercard.
• Payments are protected by 3D Secure verification and processed via GoPay.
• Email delivery of digital documentation is not charged as a separate delivery fee.
